"You should see and taste what you eat," is my motto. Our natural cuisine rests on two pillars: the high quality of the regional products and a gentle, simple preparation.

I do not serve strawberries in December. Instead, we mainly cook with seasonal products - exclusively from sustainable and organic production. With our gastronomic offer we emphasize the simplicity. We put the focus on the character of each product .

Our kitchen brings authenticity, regionality and sustainability to life. This includes an ambience  to relax and a sustainable menu, for more freshness and taste!
